Culinary Arts Specialist & Coordinator

Anni’s culinary experience began in the kitchen at the Royal Chateau Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2005. Her journey continued on the Garden Isle of Kaua’i, Hawai’i cultivating a farm-to-table ethos while caretaking that quickly gained attention through word-of- mouth resulting in catering festivals from Kaua’i to Nevada City in California. From there she continued, catering to high-end private events in Austin, Texas whilst working at a bakery. With an educational foundation as a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York) and most recent graduate from the Plant Based Institute (Munich, Germany) she is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher trained by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield with a special interest in Mindful Eating from the Institute of Mindful Eating. She’s passionate about nourishing both the body and mind, creating a holistic culinary experience that reflects her dedication to well-being, sustainability and mindful living.
