All of our excursions include pre-trip preparation that allows travelers to meet each other, learn about the country, and prepare for their journey. Two months prior to our travel date, you will join our community of travelers twice monthly for a live 60-minute pre-immersion session equipping you with knowledge that will enrich your travel experience.

Generally speaking, yes. We do our best to make meal substitutes available to all participants as we immerse ourselves in the local cuisine.
Be sure to validate that your passport is current and do your research regarding the Visa requirements of the country. We will also communicate the Visa requirements upon sign-up.
Travel insurance provides coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. While it's not mandatory, it's highly recommended to protect yourself and your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
During our pre-travel sessions, we will dive into the do’s and don’ts of the countries cultural norms. This includes appropriate dress, greetings, tipping practices, and behavior in public places.
During our pre-travel sessions, we will share the local currency and exchange rates before the trip. It's recommended to carry a combination of cash, credit/debit cards, and a travel money card for convenience and security.
Upon payment, travelers have a 24-hour period to request a refund with full reimbursement to the original payment method. After 24 hours from payment, the travel deposit becomes non-refundable.
